1.FUNDING SOURCE
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services provided to its beneficiary partner countries, is financing the present procurement, in the framework of Programa de Emergencia para la Reconstrucción Integral y Resiliente de Infraestructura (PROERI) de la República de Costa Rica.

2.EXECUTOR AND CONTRACTOR OF THE PROCESS

2.1 The executor of this process is: Consejo Nacional de Vialidad (CONAVI).

2.2 The executor is responsible for the present procurement process for which names the Executive Comitte and invites the submission of tenders for the required contract.

2.3 The Contractor will be selected following the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, established in the Policies and Protocols for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies, which can be found in the website: https://www.bcie.org .
